This is going to be very informal but whatever.
So my friend Josh is an amazing singer and is trying really hard to make it on YouTube so if you could go take gander at his channel that'd be great! :)

School Worries
Now, I know school is stressful. Especially in the upper half of school, but if I've learnt one thing; it's to stay calm and talk to someone. If you're worried about anything at all, homework, classwork or even if you've fallen out with your friends. Talk to something, nothing is ever solved by staying quiet.
I am 10,000% guilty of this. You're faced with a problem, and you'd prefer not to have to deal with it so you don't tell anyone. You push it to the back of your mind and try forget about it but the night before you remember and all your emotions come flooding back at once and you can't cope. Been there a lot. Unfortunately, the only solution is to tell someone before it gets to the point you can't sleep. I get that sometimes you don't always want to talk to your parents but they will be able to help, even if they help by just talking through everything with you until you feel calm.
If you don't feel you can talk to your parents, try talk to one of your teachers, they may seem like aliens sent to make your life a misery, but trust me. They're not, well, most of them aren't. Teachers are paid to help you understand so there is no shame in going to them if you have a problem or a question. That's their job.
Also, if parents or teachers aren't your cup of tea. There's always me! I may seem like some words on a screen but honestly I'm the biggest worrier on the planet! I am always happy to help, I can't magically fix your problems but i can make them a whole light easier. I'll link my tumblr below and my ask box is always open for those who need advice and I'm pretty sure my Google plus will be around on this page somewhere. If you use Google plus...
